Please Note : Customs may have a turn around time of 1-2 months, depending on the season and work load. Please ask if there are any questions regarding this. 

CUSTOMS : ALL customs require a minimum of a 50% deposit. This deposit covers the cost of the stones, time designing custom pieces, and work that has already been put in. If items or entire orders are cancelled, the deposit will not be refunded nor used as shop credit. Cancelled items may still require a cancellation fee as items have already been purchased, designs made and sometimes started, and time creating invoices is complete. 

If custom is not paid in full up front, the remaining 50% will be due upon project completion. Items will not be shipped until orders are paid in full. If an order is completed and remaining amount goes unpaid for longer than 2 weeks, you will lose the deposit and the items.
